Application range
It is applicable to extraction o( highly clean sterile distilted water in pharmaceotical. medical and electronic industry. Produced water can be used as sterfle API refined water, sterile preparation, injoction preparation, eye drop, sterile powder solvent, biological product liquid-mixing water and cleaning water.

♦分离装罝：采用特殊的旋风分离(专利）技术。
♦性能特点：采用工作压力衡压自动控制，冷凝器热负荷自动控制进料水里。
♦蒸气调节：口心阀自动调节工业蒸汽压力，以便调节所黑生产的纯蒸汽压力。
♦材质选型：整机主要材料采用3161不锈钢，机架采用304不锈钢方管焊接制成，密封材料采用聚四氟乙烯（？丁「巳）等
材料。
♦管板设计：预热器、冷凝器、蒸发器均为双管板设计，避免了交叉污染。
♦焊接工艺：采用全自动氫弧焊机焊接.内窥镜检测。
♦管道设计：无死角、盲管，支管符合30原则，使用芩死角阀。
♦控制单元：采用口1(：进行数据采集、触授屏操作.可实现远程监控。
Product features
♦ Separating unit: Adopt special cyclone separation (patent) technology.
♦ Performance feature: Adopt automatic control of balanced operating pressure, condenser thermal Ioad automatically controls feed water volume.
♦ Steam adjustment. PID valve automatically adjusts industrial steam pressure so as to adjust the pressure of pure steam requiring to be produced.
♦ Texture and model selection. The whole machine is main^ made of 316L stainless steel. Machine frame adopts welding of 304 stainless steel square tube. Sealing materials adopt PTFE.
♦ Tube plate design： Preheater, condenser and evaporator all adopt double tube plate design to avoid cross contamination.
♦ Welding technology. Adopt full-automatic argon arc welder for welding, conduct testing witfi endoscope.
♦ Pipeline design. Without blind angle, blind pipe and branch pipe conform to 3D principle, and adopt zero blind angle valve.
♦ Control unit； Adopt PLC to collect data, utilize touch screen operation, and realize remote monitoring.
